FTDI Driver Missing

The Sartorius scale uses FTDI's D2XX direct driver (file ftd2xx.dll), which isn't installed on this PC. Without it, Refinity-Offline can't talk to the scale even when Windows shows a COM port.

1. Download the setup executable from FTDI:
https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/
2. Run the installer (it will silently add the driver).
3. Click RECHECK below — no need to restart Refinity-Offline.
